Hello, I'm Jackie Higgins 39 years old. I've been practicing yoga for about 15 years and teaching classes for almost 7.


My class is different every day and a combination of stretch, strength and balance. I am of the mind set that all bodies are different and capable of different things. There are no "wrong" ways to practice. It is in fact called a "yoga practice" there is always room for improvement:)
