PGB FIT CLASS

  • Every weekday at 6 a.m. plus noon-hour sessions (call for current schedule).

  • Challenges - Lots of variety - in and out within an hour

TRADITIONAL CLASS

  • Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
  • Sundays at 7 a.m.
  • Saturday mornings - 10 a.m.
  • Learn the sweet science: combinations and boxing skills

TABATA CLASS

  • Thursdays at 6:00 p.m.

  • 6 rounds of high-intensity work in 20-second intervals

SPECIAL SESSIONS
