Every weekday at 6 a.m. plus noon-hour sessions (call for current schedule).
Challenges - Lots of variety - in and out within an hour
- Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
- Sundays at 7 a.m.
- Saturday mornings - 10 a.m.
- Learn the sweet science: combinations and boxing skills
Thursdays at 6:00 p.m.
6 rounds of high-intensity work in 20-second intervals
